The beverage industry moves many drums that must be lifted and transported. Mobile ezzLIFTmaster grips and moves drums up to 500 kg safely and ergonomically.

Dosing and pouring with ezzLIFTmaster
For moving, repacking, or pouring large quantities—for example from buckets and drums into mix vessels—ezzLIFTmaster is ideal. Heavy containers are often held by hand—unsafe and non-ergonomic.
The source container must often be held above the batch for dosing. ezzLIFTmaster supports pick-up, movement, and emptying; operators drive between vessels and adjust pour height. Rotation: manual crank or electric button. Many shapes: drums, cartons, buckets, sacks, etc. Grippers clamp for safe emptying; cartons, drums, and buckets can be clamped and rotated.
Forward or side emptying allows precise pouring. Depending on powder or liquid flow, the operator can assist with a scoop while the aid holds the container.
Weighing
An integrated scale weighs on the device via load cell and platform.
The display is usually on the column but can be flexibly placed—for example on a swivel arm. Up to 500 kg depending on version, without an extra step during filling and dosing.
Mixing
For small batches ezzLIFTmaster can run as a continuous mixer—dose and mix without changing equipment. Pick up, lift, mix, set down; positions by button, even while driving; mixing by button; special control presets pick, place, and mix parameters.
