Vacuum lifters are used wherever speed matters. Goods are moved quickly, safely, and ergonomically—especially between assembly stations, to test and work areas, in packaging, and for palletising and picking.
Fast transport and handling
Typical packages include sacks, rolls and coils, smooth-surface products, KLTs, and cartons. With the right end effector the lifter adapts to many tasks.
The adaptable ezzFAST also suits low headroom with compact height-saving components. Control handles adapt to high stacks and tall cartons. Quick cup changes add flexibility. Loads can tilt and rotate, electrically or pneumatically assisted. Products up to 400 kg move safely and intuitively.
Lifting aids and handling systems are also used in hazardous areas—mobile lift trolleys in special enclosed designs, or vacuum lifters.
Application example: adaptable ezzFAST with pneumatic gripper
For mixing components, a vacuum lifter for bags is used.

Bags must be pulled from octabins and moved to a mixer. They cannot be vacuum-sealed, so a pneumatic tong gripper picks and moves them. The tongs grip under the bag closure and pull from the octabin.
A grate on top of the mixer receives the bags.
Explosion risk depends on the chance of fuel (ignitable gas, vapour, or dust concentration) and oxygen coexisting over time (zones).
Suitable handling removes or suppresses potential ignition sources, eliminating explosion risk.
Material selection must ensure: no open ignition sources; no static charging; conductive bonding between components (e.g. copper earth cables); no excessive heat.
The core is a pneumatic vacuum generator for safe operation—no moving parts; conductive plastics; controls and operator panels in aluminium or stainless steel without ignition risk.
Support is a stainless slewing jib on a double-T beam with earthing and stainless load wheels.
