Heuchelheim (22 February 2022) – Best Handling Technology has launched its first ATEX-approved lift trolley for hazardous areas. The mobile ezzLIFTmasterATEX lifting aid is battery-powered and offers the benefits of an electrically operated lifter.
ezzLIFTmasterATEX now allows safe movement and handling in explosive atmospheres.
Mobile lifting aid: ATEX lifter payload up to 300 kg
ezzLIFTmasterATEX has a payload up to 300 kg. Standard lift stroke is 150–1860 mm with overall height 2000 mm. Four conductive castors (fixed castors optional) and a quick-change coupling allow switching end effectors or adding more later.
No more hand-wheel winding or foot pumping to lift and empty containers. The lifting aid can be configured as a drum lifter for emptying and transporting drums and containers, or with other attachments such as roll platforms swapped via a flexible coupling interface.

The mobile ezzLIFT lifting aid is used when objects must be moved a limited distance between locations. Besides the standard version it is available in stainless steel and for wet rooms. Lift height, end effectors, and payload can be adapted to application, so the ATEX lifter is very flexible.
