When items must be lifted repeatedly and moved a limited distance between locations, the mobile ezzLIFTmaster is ideal. Benefits include simple operation, safe pick-up and placement, and good manoeuvrability. It is universally usable and battery-powered.
Versatile standard accessories and custom solutions support many lift-and-move tasks. Four steerable castors keep it mobile even in tight spaces. The quick-change coupling switches applications quickly—for example from tool change to packaging film handling. The lift trolley handles many tasks: up/down, grip/release, pivot, tilt, programmed positions, and custom pick-up and manipulation.
It supports ergonomic work and relieves staff. Operators can work without calling colleagues and avoid waiting for forklifts, cranes, or other transport.
Weighing with ezzLIFTmaster
A special feature is the integrated scale—weighing directly on the lifting aid via a load cell and platform. Incoming goods can be verified, weighed, and logged with a data logger or online link. The display is usually on the column but can be flexibly placed—for example on a swivel arm. Depending on version, the scale weighs up to 500 kg, so mass is known during filling and dosing without an extra step; content can then be moved and poured at the destination.

Simple, safe dosing when packing
When large quantities must be moved, repacked, or poured—for example from buckets and drums into packaging containers—the ezzLIFTmaster is ideal. During transfer heavy containers are often held by hand—neither ergonomic nor safe, with drop risk.
ezzLIFTmaster supports pick-up, movement, and emptying. Operators can drive between vessels and adjust pour height. Containers rotate to empty manually with a crank or electrically by button. Many shapes can be gripped: drums, cartons, buckets, sacks, and more. Various grippers clamp containers for safe holding and emptying; cartons, drums, and buckets can be clamped and rotated.
Forward or side emptying allows precise pouring by tipping. With the container clamped, the operator can assist dosing with a scoop—ergonomic support.
Supporting packaging machine loading
Loading thermoformers needs at least two films: base film, possibly deep-drawn, and top film. Rolls are either pushed from the side onto fixed machine mandrels or mounted on a mandrel and placed in the fork-shaped loader.

Rolls up to 500 kg are handled simply and quickly. Mandrel loading works best with a roll manipulator: it grips the core, rotates the roll, lifts it to the mandrel, and pushes it on. Loose mandrels use an external gripper or a roll manipulator with auxiliary trolley.

The same roll manipulator covers core diameters 70–76 mm and 152 mm. Lifting aids are available in steel, stainless steel, hygienic and CIP-capable designs. Quick-change grippers also suit thermoforming tool changes. Special versions exist for heavier loads.
