Typical applications for the ezzFLOW include handling during joining and assembly of components—for example in the assembly of machines, apparatus, and vehicles, component and subassembly assembly, loading of machine tools, and assembly support for engines, gearboxes, and couplings, as well as tool changeover.

Because the balancer holds the workpiece in float, the operator can focus fully on the task and on precision.

The ezzFLOWpneumatic runs on compressed air and is a robust, fast solution for many handling tasks. Pneumatic control makes it very fast and especially well suited to repetitive cycles.
The electric control of the ezzFLOWsmart is developed and manufactured in Germany, enabling maximum flexibility for customer-specific adaptations. Extensive programming options allow integration into higher-level production line control and fine tuning to the handling task.

All ezzFLOW variants are equipped with optimised load-handling attachments for the specific task. The right end effector is crucial so that components can be picked up safely, simply, and quickly. These attachments are designed, engineered, and built to match the product.
